Buttering your bread just got a little more special. This light-weight brass knife is great for butter, soft cheeses, and even pate. This item is hand-made by skilled artisans and natural variations in the brass patina will occur over time.

wipe clean, polish if necessary

note: wipe up any water spots on your brass immediately to prevent hard water deposits. Rinse the brass with clear water and dry it with a soft cloth. Buff with a microfibre towel to restore the shine and a polished look.
