Currently we ship within Australia and to New Zealand. Please refer to the table below for approximate delivery times. Please be aware that this is a guide only and shipping times are not something we have control over or take responsibility for.

Please note: All online orders are shipped from our dispatch facility in Melbourne, Victoria. Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. They are also based on the day of shipping not placement of order. Longer delivery times are to be expected during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, weather events or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable and beyond our reasonable control.

If you would like to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes (prior to the checkout) when making your purchase. Please note that if special delivery instructions are provided, Fog Linen Work Australia/NZ does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Currently we only ship to Australian and New Zealand addresses using Australia Post.
click and collect (Australian orders only)
If you live in Victoria and need your order quickly a great option is to use our free Click & Collect service.
PLEASE NOTE: click and collect is not available for orders placed between 4pm Thursday 19th December and Monday 13th January 2025.
How does Click & Collect work?
Simply choose your products online and add them to your shopping cart. At the point of checkout, select the 'Click & Collect' option under Delivery Method. We'll prepare your order which will be available to collect from our Richmond head office. Orders placed prior to 11am will be ready on the same day. Orders can be collected between 9am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
How will I know when my order is ready to collect?
When your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that the order is ready. This will usually be on the same day (if placed prior to 11am) or within a 24 hour timeframe from the time of placing your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please present your order confirmation email at the time of collection along with photo ID. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, we require written authorisation.
How long will you hold Click & Collect orders?
Orders must be collected within 7 days from the time of the collection notification otherwise they automatically will be cancelled. In the event of an order cancellation, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
