Refund policy
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty, incorrect or damaged product, please email info@foglinenworkaustralia.com.au within five days of receiving your parcel. Please include your full contact details and original order number as well as photos of the item being returned. Once we advise that a purchase may be returned we will issue you with a return authorisation number.
Please choose your purchase carefully as Fog Linen Work Australia/NZ does not accept returns for change of mind.
In circumstances where a product return is approved, Fog Linen Work Australia/NZ reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% (of the product price) should a product return be authorised. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
how to place a return
Items being returned must be in the original condition they were sent. Returns must be received within 14 days from confirmation of the returns approval. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Once approval has been received from Fog Linen Work Australia/NZ, please pack up the goods using the original packaging and return to the below address. We recommend using Registered Post or trackable courier as Fog Linen Work takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Once the product has been returned to our Melbourne warehouse facility we will assess the goods and either replace or issue a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will also be refunded if the product is deemed faulty.
consumer guarantee
All products sold on www.foglinenwork.com.au are covered by consumer guarantees found in Australian Consumer Law. This includes guarantees that the products sold by Fog Linen Work will be of acceptable quality.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product from Fog Linen Work that does not comply with the consumer guarantees, Fog Linen Work will provide you with the option of obtaining a full refund or replacement. This will be based on our belief that the product has a failure under Australian Consumer Law such as damaged or faulty packaging, product does not fit the description, or the product is not fit for purpose.
Please note that the consumer guarantees do not cover damage from misuse or incorrect handling of a product nor change of mind.
